The Ministry of Education and Training has just officially announced the results of the national excellent student selection exam for the 2022-2023 school year. The 2022-2023 national excellent student selection exam took place on February 24 and 25 with 4,589 candidates from 69 units registering to take the exam.

According to the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training, candidates of subjects will be summoned to attend the 2023 Olympic team selection exam scheduled to be held in April if they achieve the following specific scores: Math from 23 points or higher, Physics from 17.25 points or higher, Chemistry from 26.625 points or higher, Biology from 26 points or higher, Information Technology from 22.60 points or higher.
Candidates see
In the 2022-2023 school year, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has 60 prize-winning candidates. Based on the criteria for selecting the Olympic team, there will be 3 qualified candidates to be called up. The students participating in the national excellent student selection team in Ho Chi Minh City are mainly from two specialized schools in the city: Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted and Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted.
