Tourism Industry
According to statistics from the General Department of Tourism, every year, with the orientation of developing tourism into a spearhead economy, the whole country needs 40,000 qualified workers in the next 5-10 years. However, currently, training schools can only meet the demand of about 15,000 people. Thus, there is a huge shortage of human resources in this industry.
Tourism students can take on many different job positions: tour guide, tour designer, event and conference organizer; business specialist, tourism and hotel service developer. For tour guides, the highest salary they can receive is 30 million VND/month.

The income of human resources in the financial technology industry in Vietnam is also quite high, ranging from 400 - 2,600 USD/month (about 10 million - 65 million VND), ranked 3rd in the technology industry (according to the Vietnam IT Market Report - Developers Recruitment State 2021 by TopDev).
