Just a few days before Lunar New Year 2024, The Global City (Do Xuan Hop, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City) handed over the SOHO subdivision to the first customers. This milestone also helped Masterise Homes officially "reach the finish line", keeping its commitment to hand over all 7 projects in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the 5 projects handed over are Grand Marina, Saigon (Ton Duc Thang, District 1), LUMIÈRE riverside (Thao Dien ward, Thu Duc city), the duo of Masteri Centre Point and LUMIÈRE Boulevard projects (Grand Park urban area, Thu Duc city) and the SOHO townhouse area at The Global City (An Phu ward, Thu Duc city).

The opening ceremony of Lake Tower - the first tower in the world's largest Marriott branded apartment complex has helped Vietnam officially appear on the branded real estate map.
