Two high school students in Binh Giang died overnight in a collision with a car on Highway 392.

At nearly 11 p.m. on February 17, male student VXT (born in 2008, in Nhan Quyen commune) was riding a motorbike without a license plate, with a female student PTY (born in 2009, in Binh Xuyen commune, in the same Binh Giang district) behind him on Provincial Road 392 from Phu to Nhan Quyen. When reaching km7+400 in Thai Minh commune (Binh Giang), he collided with car 34A-313.81 going in the same direction in front of him, which was changing direction to cross the road.

Authorities initially identified the car as being driven by Mr. VHD, born in 1993, in Mo Trach village, Tan Hong commune (Binh Giang).

As a result, T. and Y. died on the way to the emergency room. It is known that T. was an 11th grade student, and Y. was a 10th grade student.

After the accident, the car driver took the two victims to Binh Giang District Medical Center for emergency treatment, then left the car at the District Medical Center. On the afternoon of February 18, the car driver went to the police station to report the incident.

Currently, the police investigation agency and the People's Procuracy of Binh Giang district are investigating and resolving the accident.
