Hai Duong sends off 2,500 young men to join the army

The 2025 military enlistment ceremony was held solemnly, thoughtfully, and absolutely safely. Localities in the province organized it simultaneously from 7:00 a.m. By 8:30 a.m., Hai Duong's military enlistment work was completed; 100% of the military enlistment target was met with good quality.

This year, the entire Hai Duong province will hand over 2,500 male citizens to 14 focal units under the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 3, equivalent to 2024.

Of which, 10 units of the Ministry of National Defense are: General Staff, General Department of Politics, Command of the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Logistics Academy, Military Technical Academy, Army Corps 12, Air Defense - Air Force, Navy, Artillery, Engineering Corps). 4 units of Military Region 3 are: Division 395, Defense Economic Group 327, Provincial Military Command, Brigade 405.

The number of young people with health type 1 and type 2 accounts for 77%; young people aged 18 to 21 account for over 80%; young people who have graduated from college or university account for 14.6%. The whole province has 694 young people who have written applications to volunteer for military service. Tu Ky district is the locality with the highest military recruitment target in the province with 250 young people.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Military Command, the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army this year continues to be organized and implemented effectively, methodically, and in accordance with regulations by localities in Hai Duong.

The Military Service Councils of districts, towns and cities have paid attention to implementing the rear-army policy well, opening classes to foster awareness of the Party for 442 outstanding young people. Districts, towns and cities have presented over 2,500 gifts to young people joining the army.
