At the ceremony, the Military Command of Bac Quang district announced the Decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province on assigning targets for citizens to join the army and perform their duties in the People's Public Security in 2025. Accordingly, in 2025, Bac Quang district will have 178 new recruits who meet health and qualification standards to join the army according to the Law on Military Service and will be assigned to training units: Provincial Military Command, Division 316, Regiment 877, Provincial Public Security.

In this military service, Quan Ba district selected 93 young men to join the People's Army and People's Police units, ensuring quality, reaching 100% of the assigned target. Of these, 13 young men volunteered to join the army, 74 excellent young men attended a training course on Party awareness, and 18 excellent young men were admitted to the Party before joining the army. These are the young men who were examined and selected by the District Military Service Council from communes and towns in the district who met the political, cultural, and health conditions and were ready to join the army. To achieve the above results, the District Military Service Council directed the communes and towns to effectively propagate the Law on Military Service, establish a monitoring team from the preliminary examination stage to the recruitment examination, and organize the recruitment examination in the district to ensure the number of soldiers, on time as prescribed.

This year, Bac Me district has 102 young men who are outstanding citizens joining the army, including 80 military citizens and 22 police citizens. The new recruits were assigned to Regiment 174 - Division 316 - Military Region 2; Regiment 877 - Provincial Military Command; Provincial Border Guard Command and Provincial Police. To complete 100% of the recruitment target in 2025, Bac Me district has made many efforts, tried and determined to carry out well the steps of selection and calling for military service in accordance with the Law on Military Service and the Law on People's Public Security; promptly reward, give gifts and support families with citizens joining the army during the Lunar New Year 2025, especially the number of citizens who volunteered to join the army.

The whole district had 61 young people who volunteered to join the army. Thereby, the district has selected 100% of outstanding young people who meet the criteria of culture, age, and health to join the army. Of the total number of new recruits, 65 citizens voluntarily applied to join the army; 50 citizens were party members. In 2025, Vi Xuyen district was assigned the target of selecting and calling 178 citizens to join the army, of which 145 citizens will perform military service and 33 citizens will perform People's Public Security service.
