In the first 6 months of 2023, the Party Committee, the Military Command of Hai Duong province and agencies and units have seriously implemented resolutions, directives, plans and instructions from all levels on emulation and reward work and the Emulation Movement for Victory.
With the theme "Solidarity, exemplary, disciplined, creative, determined to win", agencies and units in the provincial armed forces have promoted political responsibility, solidarity, promoted emulation activities; closely combined the Determined to Win Emulation Movement with the local patriotic emulation movement, creating motivation for cadres and soldiers to overcome difficulties to complete their tasks well, with many tasks being excellently completed; doing a good job of grasping, forecasting and advising on effectively solving complicated problems at the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area, avoiding passivity and surprise, which has been recognized and highly appreciated by local Party committees and authorities.
Through a survey of the actual results of the implementation of the Emulation Movement for Victory at the Provincial Military Command and the Military Command of Hai Duong City, the delegates in the delegation exchanged and shared experiences and good practices in effectively organizing and implementing the Emulation Movement for Victory of the provincial armed forces, contributing to the successful completion of local defense and military tasks.
Concluding the working session, on behalf of the survey delegation, Colonel Pham Duc Kien, Political Commissar of the Thai Binh Provincial Military Command, Head of the delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in the Emulation Movement for Victory of the armed forces of Hai Duong province in the past time; at the same time, he said that the lessons learned from the actual Emulation Movement for Victory of the armed forces of Hai Duong province are also the basis for military agencies of provinces in the military region to absorb and learn in order to further improve the quality of the Emulation Movement for Victory of the armed forces of provinces and cities in 2023 and the following years.
