Rarely is there a city that contains a rich volume of traditional festivals of diverse ethnic groups like Ha Long. From the festivals of Vietnamese people worshiping temples and pagodas to the festivals of ethnic groups living together, from the festivals worshiping the gods of forests and mountains to praying for good harvests at sea, from festivals associated with folk beliefs at sea to festivals with imported beliefs.
