At the conference, delegates and businesses operating in the transport sector focused on analyzing, discussing, and evaluating to clarify the difficulties and obstacles that need to be overcome. At the same time, solutions were proposed to improve the DDCI index for the entire transport sector in the following years. Determined to maintain and improve the positive results achieved, while overcoming shortcomings and limitations through improving scores, rankings, and component criteria to improve the DDCI Index, striving to rank in the good group of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Speaking at the conference, Director of the Department of Transport Trinh Huy Trieu accepted the opinions of delegates, thereby helping the unit to have solutions to overcome, improve and enhance the DDCI Index to achieve high results.

In the coming time, the Department of Transport will continue to thoroughly grasp and raise awareness of cadres, civil servants and public employees about the meaning and importance of improving and raising the score, number and ranking of the DDCI index; enhance the sense of responsibility, service attitude and dynamism and creativity in handling work records and administrative procedures related to businesses and people, contributing to strongly improving the investment and business environment and raising the competitiveness index of the department.

Departments, offices, and affiliated units closely follow the requirements and contents of the component indicators of each indicator to proactively and resolutely organize and implement this plan to achieve the highest efficiency according to assigned functions and tasks; promptly advise and propose specific solutions to maintain, improve and enhance the department's index, especially the component indicators that have not improved or have low scores. At the same time, publicly and transparently disclose information and contents of the DDCI survey to the business community and people to promptly grasp and fully access information, creating changes in awareness and action when participating in the DDCI survey.
