The price of RON 95-III gasoline (the popular type on the market) increased by VND490, to VND20,910 per liter. E5 RON 92 increased by VND340, to VND20,370.
Similarly, oil products also increased by 120-260 VND per liter. Compared to 7 days ago, diesel oil increased to 18,470 VND per liter. Kerosene and fuel oil have new prices of 18,730 VND and 17,020 VND, respectively.

According to Circular 18 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, from May 2, the mechanism for managing gasoline and oil prices will change, there will no longer be an interdisciplinary group of Finance - Industry and Trade as at present. Instead, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will announce the base price and selling price of gasoline and oil products based on input data and written management opinions of the Ministry of Finance.
