Gold bar and gold ring prices today (February 14): World gold prices are recording a breakthrough increase, soaring to an all-time high, leading to an increase in domestic gold prices.

The price of SJC gold was listed by Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) and PNJ at 88.3 million VND/tael for buying and 91.3 million VND/tael for selling, an increase of 600,000 VND/tael compared to the end of yesterday.
Gold bar prices increased for the second consecutive day, by a total of about 1.1 million VND/tael.
Similarly, DOJI Group listed gold bars at 88.3-91.3 million VND/tael (buy-sell), an increase of 600,000 VND/tael for buying and selling compared to yesterday. The difference between buying and selling here is 3 million VND/tael.
The price of SJC Mi Hong gold bars is currently trading at 89-90.5 million VND/tael for buying and selling, unchanged for buying and down 500,000 VND/tael for selling compared to the previous trading session. The difference between buying and selling is 1.5 million VND.
On the side of Bao Tin Minh Chau and Bao Tin Manh Hai companies, both buying and selling prices were at 88.3-91.3 million VND/tael, an increase of 600,000 VND/tael for buying and selling compared to yesterday. The difference between buying and selling prices here is 3 million VND/tael.
Meanwhile, Ngoc Tham Company listed gold bars at 88-91 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 400,000 VND/tael for buying and 600,000 VND for selling compared to yesterday. The difference between buying and selling here is 3 million VND/tael.

Gold ring price today
For gold rings, Saigon Jewelry Company listed the selling price at 88.3-91.1 million VND/tael, an increase of 600,000 VND/tael for both buying and selling compared to yesterday's closing price. The difference is 2.8 million VND/tael.
PNJ 9999 plain gold ring is listed at 89.5-91.7 million VND/tael, an increase of 1.2 million VND for buying and 600,000 VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday.
DOJI Group listed Hung Thinh Vuong 9999 round gold rings at 89-91.1 million VND/tael (buy - sell), keeping the buying price unchanged and increasing 400,000 VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday morning's trading session.
Meanwhile, at Bao Tin Minh Chau, this gold shop listed the price of plain round rings at 89.3-91.3 million VND/tael (buy - sell), an increase of 200,000 VND/tael for buying and 600,000 VND/tael for selling compared to yesterday morning.

Domestic gold prices increased as world gold prices jumped, far surpassing the $2,900/ounce mark. As of this morning, Vietnam time, the precious metal on the international market was trading at $2,931/ounce, up about $20/ounce compared to the previous session.
The weaker US dollar was the biggest contributor to gold’s gains. The US dollar index is currently at 106.95, after falling 0.84% today. When subtracting the US dollar’s percentage gain (0.84%) from gold’s gain today (1.02%), traders are only calculating a 0.18% gain for the record close.
While a weaker US dollar was the main driver of higher gold prices, this was driven by two factors, including tariff concerns and the January Producer Price Index (PPI) report.
Concerns continue to mount following US President Donald Trump's announcement that he would impose reciprocal tariffs on countries that tax imports from the US.
The US government released its January PPI today, showing that producer prices rose 0.4% this month. Earlier, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics also released its January Consumer Price Index (CPI) report, revealing that inflation rose 0.5%, surpassing December's 0.4% increase and the market's forecast of 0.3%.
Gold is still considered a hedge against inflation and economic instability. Concerns about rising global trade tensions and President Donald Trump's tax hike policies have caused investors to flock to the precious metal, pushing gold prices to continuously set new records...
