Specifically, IR 504 summer-autumn raw rice increased slightly by VND50/kg to VND10,700-10,800/kg; IR 504 finished rice remained at VND12,600-12,700/kg.
By-products today recorded an adjustment compared to yesterday. Currently, the price of IR 504 sheet is at 8,500 - 8,700 VND/kg, down 200 VND/kg. Meanwhile, the price of dry bran is at 7,100 - 7,250 VND/kg, up 50-100 VND/kg.
At retail markets, rice prices have not been adjusted for individual rice products. Currently, Nang Nhen rice has the highest listed price of VND30,000/kg; Jasmine rice is VND18,000 - 20,000/kg; Nang Hoa rice is VND20,000/kg; regular rice fluctuates around VND15,000 - 16,000/kg; long-grain fragrant rice is VND20,000 - 21,000/kg; Jasmine rice is VND20,000/kg; Taiwanese fragrant rice is VND21,000/kg; common white rice is VND17,000/kg; regular Soc rice is VND18,500/kg; Thai Soc rice is VND20,000/kg; Japanese rice is VND22,000/kg.
Regarding rice, it is noted that in localities, new rice transactions are slow due to rain, rice piles waiting to be cut, prices fluctuate little, and demand is quite high. In Soc Trang, transactions are slow, traders rarely buy new rice.

Accordingly, the sticky rice market recorded no adjustment compared to yesterday. 3-month sticky rice is 7,100 - 7,300 VND/kg. In addition, Long An sticky rice (dried) is 9,000 - 9,200 VND/kg, stable compared to yesterday. On the other hand, 3-month sticky rice (fresh) is stable compared to yesterday at 7,100 - 7,300 VND/kg and Long An sticky rice is 7,400 - 7,600 VND/kg.
In the export market, Vietnam's rice export prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday. According to the Vietnam Food Association (VFA), 100% broken rice remained stable at $460/ton; 5% broken rice remained stable at $560/ton; and 25% broken rice at $537/ton.
