According to this list, institutional shareholders include T&T Group Corporation owning 7.85%, Saigon - Hanoi Securities Company (SHS) owning 1.46%, Handicraft Import-Export Joint Stock Company and related persons owning 2.44%.

Individuals owning more than 1% of SHB's charter capital include Mr. Do Quang Hien - Chairman of the Board of Directors (2.72%), Ms. Do Thi Thu Ha (2.03%), Mr. Do Quang Vinh (2.77%), Mr. Do Vinh Quang (2.93%).

With more than 3.66 billion SHB shares in circulation, Mr. Do Quang Hien owns more than 99 million shares of this bank; Mr. Do Quang Vinh holds about 101 million shares; Ms. Do Thi Thu Ha owns more than 74 million shares...

Mr. Do Quang Hien - Chairman of the Board of Directors currently owns shares equivalent to 2.72% of SHB Bank's charter capital.

The information disclosure is to comply with Article 49 of the Law on Credit Institutions on public disclosure of information of shareholders owning 1% or more of charter capital.

According to the Law on Credit Institutions 2024, related persons for organizations and individuals are more expanded than before. At the same time, the ownership limit for shareholders who are organizations is reduced from 15% to 10%, and for shareholders and related persons is reduced from 20% to 15%. In case this group owns shares exceeding the limit according to the new regulations, it will still be maintained but not increased, except in the case of receiving dividends in shares.

SHB is one of the banks with an annual stock dividend payment rate of 10% - 18% over the past 5 years (2023 dividends will be paid in cash and stocks). At the end of the trading session on October 23, SHB stock price stopped at VND 10,650/share, slightly down from the previous session.
