DTO - Receiving Official Dispatch No. 746 dated February 12, 2025 of the Vietnam Road Administration on preparing to hand over the task of testing and granting driving licenses from the Ministry of Transport to the Ministry of Public Security, Dong Thap Department of Transport announced that from February 19, 2025, Dong Thap Department of Transport will stop organizing testing for car and motorbike driving training courses.

Dong Thap Department of Transport will stop receiving applications for procedures to issue, change and reissue driving licenses from February 13, 2025.
