Thuy Van Complex Project Phase 2 in Area B - An Van Duong New Urban Area, Thuy Van Ward, Hue City, invested by Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, has a land use area of ​​44.65 hectares with a total investment of more than 2,200 billion VND.

According to the Department of Construction, based on regulations, 33 houses in the Tay Island Villas project - Laurel Villas, at the Thuy Van Complex Project Phase 2 invested by the Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company are eligible to be sold or leased for future housing.

The Department of Construction requires investors to comply with the provisions of the law on real estate business, housing and other relevant legal provisions when putting real estate into business. In particular, it is important to note that before signing a contract for the purchase and sale or lease-purchase of future housing, the housing must have been started to be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the law on construction, and at the same time, these houses must be constructed in accordance with the schedule of the purchase and sale contract to be signed with customers later when qualified and all houses in the Western Island Villa Area - Laurel Villas must be completed before December 30, 2025.

In case after the Department of Construction has issued a written notice that the house is eligible for sale or lease-purchase of future housing, but the investor does not sell or lease-purchase but mortgages part or all of the project or the house but has a need to sell or lease-purchase that house, the mortgage must be released in part or all of the project. The investor is responsible for providing the customer with a written notice that the house is eligible for sale when signing a contract for sale or lease-purchase of the house according to regulations.

This time, the Department of Construction also announced that future housing is eligible for sale, lease, and purchase, including 41 units at the East Island Villa Area - Magnonia, Thuy Van Complex Project, Phase 2.
