Two large plots of land in prime locations in the center of Bien Hoa city are proposed to build high-rise apartments for social housing for residents to give up land for roads and large projects.
On December 6, the Urban Management Department of Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai) has just sent a document to the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City regarding the proposal to use two prime land plots including: Hang Dau land plot (Trung Dung ward) and Dong Tien Joint Stock Company land plot (Tan Mai ward) to build social housing apartments (resettlement for households giving up land for key projects) combined with green parks and parking lots.

In particular, the social housing apartment building will be divided into an area of 7,100m2; the green park combined with a parking lot will have an area of about 8,800m2, the remaining area will be in the traffic land planning.
The land of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, Tan Mai ward, has an area of more than 2.7 hectares in the old Tan Tien ward, now Tan Mai ward, and is vacant.
The Urban Management Department proposed investing in building a social housing apartment complex here with an area of nearly 7,600 square meters.
At the same time, invest in building a green park combined with a parking lot with an area of over 1.9 hectares.
The remaining area will be invested in building roads according to the approved zoning plan.
Similarly, the Oil Company land in Trung Dung ward has an area of more than 2.2 hectares in the old Quyet Thang ward, now Trung Dung ward.
This land was recovered by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee from Dong Nai Petroleum Company and assigned to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management.

The current Oil Company land is partly vacant, in addition to an operating gas station and a row of motels.
The remaining area of land of more than 3,800 square meters belongs to the Cai River road from Ha Huy Giap street to Tran Quoc Toan street.
Regarding this land, the Urban Department assessed that the constructions on the land have been relocated by Dong Nai Petroleum Company to another location. Therefore, the land is very convenient for investing in the construction of a high-rise apartment complex for social housing.
