* In Dai Tu district, all 27 communes and towns of Dai Tu district organized voting to collect people's opinions from the morning of April 18. Implementing the direction of the Central Government and Thai Nguyen province on continuing to promote the arrangement of administrative units, Dai Tu district has systematically, publicly and transparently implemented the collection of public opinions. As planned, after the arrangement, Dai Tu district will have 9 communes (Dai Tu, Duc Luong, Phu Thinh, La Bang, Phu Lac, An Khanh, Quan Chu, Van Phu and Phu Xuyen).

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Minh, Secretary of Dai Tu District Party Committee, said: “We identify this as not only an administrative task, but also an important political task. Also according to the representative of the District People's Committee, after having the results of synthesizing opinions, the district will continue to review and complete the dossier of results of organizing public opinion collection to report to the Provincial People's Committee, before April 23, 2025.
According to preliminary statistics from the District Fatherland Front Committee, in many communes, the rate of people participating in voting reached nearly 100%. By 10:00 a.m. on April 18, Quan Chu town and Duc Luong commune had reached 100%. This is a vivid demonstration of social consensus, and at the same time demonstrates the people's trust in the major policies of the Party and State.

Holding the ballot in hand, Mr. Pham Chinh Nghia, Ba Xuyen 3 residential group, Chau Son ward, excitedly said: “I think that organizing the voter consultation ensures democracy, publicity, transparency, and creates consensus among the people. Along with that, I also strongly agree with the two above-mentioned projects. Because streamlining the apparatus will save the budget, strengthen the effectiveness of state management and create favorable conditions for economic development.”
Song Cong City currently has over 20,600 households living in the area. Of which, nearly 18,900 are permanent residents. The locality organized 142 areas to collect people's opinions. At the polling stations, we saw a democratic and serious atmosphere. Voters highly appreciated the policy of the Central and the province in streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness of state management and promoting socio-economic development in the linked areas. As of 10:00 a.m. on April 18, 3 units in Song Cong City had completed collecting voters' opinions: Ba Xuyen commune, Chau Son ward and Luong Son ward.
According to the plan, Song Cong City will continue to collect voters' opinions until April 19. After that, the city will fully synthesize voters' opinions and send them to Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee within the prescribed time, as a basis for the province to complete the draft projects and submit them to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
* According to the reporter's records, the process of collecting voters' opinions in Pho Yen City took place enthusiastically in all communes and wards. People actively participated by receiving ballots directly at their homes.

As one of the earliest voters in Thanh Xuyen 4 residential group, Trung Thanh ward, Mr. Nguyen Hong Ha, shared: After researching, I completely agree with the draft Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units of Thai Nguyen province in 2025 and the draft Project on rearranging Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces. This rearrangement is an important foundation for building a government that is close to the people, close to the people, and quickly and effectively responds to the needs of serving the people, promoting the increasingly developing socio-economy.
According to the Project on reorganizing commune-level administrative units of Thai Nguyen province in 2025, Pho Yen city plans to establish 4 wards and 1 commune on the basis of reorganizing and merging 17/18 existing commune-level administrative units (Phuc Tan commune will merge with 4 administrative units of Thai Nguyen city and Dai Tu district to establish a new commune). Specifically, the following communes and wards will be named as follows: Pho Yen, Van Xuan, Trung Thanh, Phuc Thuan, Thanh Cong.

As of 11:30 a.m. on April 18, Pho Yen City had 42,615 out of 44,884 voters cast their ballots. According to the plan, the voter consultation will end on April 19, however, Pho Yen City strives to complete it on April 18.
Based on the synthesis of voters' opinions according to regulations, the People's Committees at the commune and city levels shall submit to the People's Councils at the same level for approval, consideration and voting on the policy of arranging administrative units at the commune level, ensuring completion before April 22, 2025 for the People's Councils at the commune level and April 23, 2025 for the People's Councils at the city level.
* In Phu Binh district, from 7 am, 100% of hamlets formed teams to go to each household to distribute ballots to collect opinions. At the same time, hamlet chiefs also informed and propagated the content of the projects on loudspeakers.

The consultation was carried out in a democratic and lawful manner, creating the most favorable conditions for people to contribute their opinions. According to statistics from the district's professional agency, as of 11:30, the district had distributed consultation forms to over 83% of households.
Expressing her expectations for the streamlining of the administrative apparatus, Ms. Duong Thi Huong, Hoa Thinh hamlet, Thuong Dinh commune, shared: I fully support the policy of rearranging commune-level administrative units and implementing the merger of provinces. I expect that, after the merger is completed, the new administrative apparatus will operate more effectively, contributing to promoting the comprehensive development of the locality. At the same time, I also hope that the local government will ensure the rights of the people regarding household registration and policies after the merger.

With the active deployment of district and commune officials, in just half a morning on April 18, many communes and towns had collected voters' opinions, such as Dan Tien, Trang Xa, Binh Long, Lien Minh... By the end of the morning of April 18, the total number of voters who had voted had reached over 90%. Most people agreed with the plan to merge the two provinces and arrange commune-level administrative units.

Vo Nhai district currently has 15 administrative units including 14 communes and 1 town, and is expected to have 7 communes after the arrangement.
