NDO - On the afternoon of February 27, Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.
The representative of the leadership of the Organizing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 1938-QDNS/TW, dated February 24, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on the transfer, rotation, and appointment of comrade Nguyen Canh Toan, Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Comrade Nguyen Canh Toan was born in 1976, from Nghe An, a senior expert, with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a senior degree in political theory. Before being appointed as Vice Chairman of the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises, Comrade Toan was a member of the Party Executive Committee and Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel.
Comrade Toan has held positions and positions in a number of advisory departments of the State Audit Agency, before being transferred and appointed as Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Central Economic Commission.

Presenting the decision and congratulating flowers, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, congratulated comrade Nguyen Canh Toan on being entrusted with the new responsibility by the Secretariat and hoped that, in his position as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, he would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, promote capacity and strengths, and constantly strive with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to lead and direct the implementation of important goals and tasks of the province in the coming period, successfully implementing the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
