The iHanoi application is an important step forward in the effort to build a smart city and improve the quality of life for Hanoians. Through this application, people can easily reflect on pressing issues in life, helping the government grasp and resolve them promptly.

Recently, the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee has issued a document directing units to promote the settlement of feedback and recommendations to serve people and organizations on the iHanoi application.

Accordingly, as of July 23, the whole city reached a rate of 40.5% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units in the City who installed and created accounts on the iHanoi application, in which the implementation progress was ahead of schedule in the following agencies: the City People's Committee office, the People's Committees of the districts: Hoan Kiem, Chuong My and Long Bien.

Of the 846 people's complaints and recommendations, 772 were on-site complaints and 74 were administrative procedure complaints. 523 complaints were resolved (97.45% resolved on time, 2.55% resolved late).

According to statistics, 160,267 people have created accounts with an average of 34,000 visits per day. Many agencies and units have proactively resolved complaints and received high praise from the people.

In addition, there are still some units that have not seriously implemented and are still slow in resolving complaints; have not provided a list of people participating in handling feedback and recommendations according to the direction in Official Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

In order to promote the exemplary role of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in state administrative agencies, ensure the completion of goals and responsibilities, tasks of resolving people's and organizations' feedback and recommendations according to Official Dispatch No. 05, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned comrade Ha Minh Hai - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee to comprehensively direct the implementation of the iHanoi application platform in the area.

The Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee also requested Directors, Heads of departments, branches, sectors and units; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on thoroughly disseminating to all cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers in the units and citizens in the area to fully take charge of the contents of Official Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND of the Chairman of the City People's Committee with the motto of implementing "Digital transformation is going to every alley, knocking on every door, reaching every person";

Direct, organize and implement propaganda, mobilization and guidance for all eligible people (aged 15 and above; equipped with smartphones) in the area about the usefulness of the iHanoi application to understand, support and agree, voluntarily participate in installing and creating accounts on the iHanoi application; complete the progress before September 15, 2024;

All cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the unit must complete 100% of account registration on the iHanoi application (as citizens) by July 30, 2024 at the latest;

Direct cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees to participate in direct receiving and resolving people's feedback and recommendations according to assigned tasks; strive to complete them within regulations on time and quality and not to push or avoid; guide and resolve thoroughly and decisively.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall preside over and coordinate with press and media agencies and relevant units to strengthen propaganda so that people know and understand the values ​​and benefits of online interaction channels in the digital environment between citizens, businesses and authorities at all levels on the iHanoi application platform in many forms: propaganda on social networks such as fanpage, zalo, youtube, ...

Use billboards, posters, LED screens at intersections, city centers, electronic boards in residential areas, apartment buildings, commercial centers, supermarkets,... or via text messages. Organize printing and pasting of QR codes to install the iHanoi application in public areas, apartment buildings, and densely populated areas to promote and mobilize people to install the application;

Promote the role of the Community Digital Transformation Team, grassroots youth union, and local police in guiding and supporting people to understand and use the application (install, create accounts, operate existing utilities, etc.) to bring about efficiency and high trust in the government's service attitude...

The Chairman of the City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Home Affairs to advise the City People's Committee to provide criteria for emulation evaluation and year-end quality classification for cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees in the unit who have not yet performed assigned tasks in Official Dispatch No. 05/CD-UBND;

Preside over and coordinate with the City People's Committee Office to organize inspection teams and public service inspectors when detecting signs of avoidance, shirking, and slow handling of feedback and recommendations leading to frustration and dissatisfaction from the people...
