On February 17, at the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department. Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presided over and presented the decision.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Minister's decision to transfer Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Director, Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security to take up the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
Congratulating Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh on being entrusted with a new task by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security, requested that in his new position, the new Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police Department continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and work experience, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
In particular, the Deputy Minister of Public Security emphasized that Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh needs to quickly grasp the work; take advantage of the leadership, support, assistance and coordination of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, agencies, departments, branches and military forces; constantly strive, promote the sense of responsibility, continue to build solidarity within the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Public Security; effectively carry out the work of Party building and building a clean and strong Bac Giang Provincial Public Security force; strictly maintain discipline and order within the Party, contributing to absolutely ensuring security and order, successfully serving the cause of economic, cultural and social development in the area, worthy of the trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Bac Giang province.
Also at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province, sincerely thanked the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for their attention, direction and support in all aspects over the years, including the training and fostering of generations of police officers in Bac Giang province. At the same time, he acknowledged the great contributions and efforts of the Bac Giang Provincial Police force in maintaining security and order, creating a safe and secure environment, thereby helping Bac Giang province achieve many important achievements in economic, cultural and social development.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh also sent his congratulations and expressed his hope that Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh would continue to uphold his sense of responsibility, quickly work with the Party Committee and leaders of Bac Giang Provincial Police to promote democracy, internal solidarity and collective intelligence, stay close to the grassroots, and closely connect with the people; proactively advise local Party Committees and authorities to successfully complete the political tasks assigned by the Party and the Public Security sector; in the immediate future, direct the absolute assurance of security and safety for Party congresses at all levels, the 18th Bac Giang Provincial Party Congress, and the 14th National Party Congress.
Receiving the new assignment, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh affirmed that he will continue to promote the experience and achievements during his time working at the Ministry of Public Security to perform the new task; at the same time, focus on immediately implementing the tasks assigned by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Previously, on January 20, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan, Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, was transferred to work and hold the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security.
