The Ha Tinh Women Journalists Club, under the Ha Tinh Journalists Association, currently has 110 members who are female journalists and reporters who have worked at provincial newspapers, radio stations and magazines; offices of central press agencies located in the area, district-level cultural and communication centers and a number of departments, branches and sectors.

During the 2018 - 2023 term, female journalists overcame all difficulties, were regularly present at the scene, and participated in promptly informing readers about the situation of the historic storm in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 and 2022; propagating the Party's policies, the State's policies, and the province's policies...

In the past 5 years, dozens of female journalists have received titles and certificates of merit for their work at agencies and units and won many high prizes in national, central and provincial journalism competitions.
In addition to improving their professional skills, many female journalists have asserted themselves in management roles at agencies and units. To date, more than 20 women have been promoted to positions ranging from Head, Deputy Head of Department to Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association; 8 female journalists have a master's degree in journalism, many journalists have 2 university degrees and have high political qualifications...
Professional activities and improving professional qualifications are actively participated by members. Members meet the requirements of modern journalism methods.
Not only completing its professional tasks excellently, the Ha Tinh Women Journalists Club has also become a bridge between organizations and philanthropists and unfortunate lives. Women from various units have connected resources to sponsor and raise dozens of orphans, build hundreds of houses, and give gifts to those in difficult circumstances… with a total value of billions of VND.
Promoting the achieved results, in the coming term, the Ha Tinh Women Journalists Club determines to continue to improve the professional qualifications of its members in the period of multimedia explosion; innovate the content and methods of club activities; enhance the role and responsibility of members in performing professional tasks of agencies; participate in press competitions and awards of the province, the Central Government and other sectors; enhance exchange activities and connect members...

In his congratulatory speech at the congress, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung acknowledged and commended the efforts and results that the Ha Tinh Women Journalists Club had achieved during the past term.
“Journalism is a profession that constantly requires exploration and creativity. To produce good works, journalists must always be concerned and immersed in reality. Female journalists have always strived to overcome difficulties, closely follow reality, and have made important contributions to the overall development of the province. The works of female journalists have contributed to spreading and popularizing the policies of the Party, the State, and the province; effectively calling for resources for social security work…” - Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee emphasized.
The Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee also suggested that in the coming time, the Women Journalists Club should continue to strengthen connections, creating a good environment for female journalists to both "keep the passion for the profession" and build a warm family.
Hopefully, female journalists will promote their advantages, overcome difficulties, and together with the provincial press team, play a good role as a bridge between the political system and the people. At the same time, continue to actively participate in central and local press awards, contributing to promoting the homeland and people of Ha Tinh.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department - Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Journalists Association, said that the activities of the Women Journalists Club in recent years have contributed significantly to the overall achievements of the Provincial Journalists Association. He hoped that the club members would continue to overcome difficulties, strongly promote their passion and dedication to the profession; direct their pens to works imbued with the humanity of revolutionary journalism, encourage and spread kindness, and have a positive impact on society.
At the same time, the new term club executive board is requested to promote responsibility and enthusiasm for the club's activities, create a professional playground, connect and encourage members to demonstrate the role and position of female journalists.

The Congress elected the Executive Board of the Women Journalists Club for the 2023 - 2028 term with 6 members; elected journalist Tran Thi Phuong Hoa - Deputy Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station, Vice President of the Provincial Journalists Association as Chairwoman of the Club.
