The emulation cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the North Central provinces has effectively and comprehensively carried out regular tasks as well as unexpected and arising work.
On December 20, in Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province, a conference was held to summarize the activities of the Emulation Cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the North Central provinces in 2024.
Attending the conference were Mr. Vu Dang Minh, Head of the Religious Affairs Department, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; representatives of the leaders of the Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue.
According to Ms. Pham Thi Han, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Binh province, Head of the Emulation Cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the North Central provinces in 2024: During the year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces in the cluster effectively implemented action programs according to the emulation covenant.
In particular, many contents and fields were creatively implemented, achieving outstanding results, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of political, socio-economic, defense and security tasks of each province.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee Tran Hai Chau acknowledged the effective coordination of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the cluster, especially in relief efforts for people affected by natural disasters, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and mutual love.

At the conference, representatives of the leaders of the Fatherland Front Committee of 6 North Central provinces discussed and shared highlights, new models, and good practices.
At the same time, propose and recommend a number of contents related to the arrangement and separation of administrative units; the unification of structure and organization of the apparatus to operate in conjunction with job positions.
The contents of supervision and criticism work must avoid overlapping cases; the implementation of emulation movements must be strict and in accordance with regulations. There should be specific instructions on emulation and reward work soon...
Next, the units in the cluster signed the emulation covenant for 2025; handed over the flag of rotating chair of the emulation cluster for 2025 to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province (Cluster Head) and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province (Deputy Cluster Head).

Previously, on the afternoon of December 19, the Emulation Cluster of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the North Central provinces held a ceremony to hand over Great Solidarity houses to 3 poor households in the province. Each house was supported with 60 million VND for construction.
