At the meeting, Truong Son Commune Police reported on some of the work of the Commune Police force in the recent past. Accordingly, in the mountainous border area, 62% of the population is Van Kieu ethnic group, the people's lives here are still difficult, and the level of education is low.
Truong Son Commune Police have advised the Party Committee and the government to effectively implement the work of ensuring security and order; coordinated with relevant forces to promote propaganda and mobilize people to actively participate in the movement "All people join hands to protect the forest". At the same time, effectively implemented measures and solutions to gradually limit the conditions that give rise to activities of exploiting, trading and transporting forest products.
For the officers reinforced from the Ministry of Public Security to the Commune Police (according to Plan No. 314 dated July 26, 2021 of the Ministry of Public Security), they have promoted their responsibility, capacity and experience in work, helping the Commune Police force in the border area to successfully complete the tasks assigned and directed by the District Police Command and the Party Committee and Commune People's Committee.
In particular, the reinforced officer was promoted by the provincial police leadership to the position of Deputy Police Chief of Truong Son Commune. This is both an honor for the individual who was reinforced and demonstrates his capacity, qualifications and creates better conditions for the Commune Police force to have a source of officers, ensuring better service.

Sharing the difficulties in the work, Major General Tran Minh Le, Director of the Department of Environmental Crime Prevention and Control, acknowledged the achievements of the Truong Son Commune Police force, especially in the border area nearly 100km away from the district center, where the work in the area is particularly difficult.
The Director also set out a number of contents, methods and approaches to guide and direct the Truong Son Commune Police as well as the Quang Ninh District Police to continue to perform their tasks well, ensure security and order in the border area and properly manage the exploitation, trading of forest products, wildlife and other resources.
At the meeting, Major General Tran Minh Le presented gifts of encouragement to officers and soldiers of Truong Son Commune Police and Captain Phan Thanh Nam (mobilized from the Ministry of Public Security to reinforce the Police of border communes).
