Seeing this, Major Dinh Tuan Anh and Senior Lieutenant Hoang Van Ha, along with nearby people, helped the mother and informed the staff at the commune health station to come and assist.

The mother’s family said that fortunately, with the help of the traffic police, Mr. Huyen’s family was able to take the mother to the medical station for care. Although the baby was born on the side of the road, both the mother and the baby are healthy.
