The set of indicators is built closely following the requirements of the National Digital Transformation Program, the Project "Enhancing the application of information technology and digital transformation in education and training in the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030", relevant regulations on digital transformation of the Ministry of Education and Training and is open and updated in accordance with the actual situation.
The structure of the Index includes 2 groups of component criteria: Group of digital transformation criteria in "Leadership, direction and administration"; group of digital transformation criteria in "Digital transformation results in educational institutions" based on 3 assessment levels: not met, basically met and well met.
Every year, local education management agencies organize self-assessment of the level of digital transformation. The time for approving the self-assessment results and reporting to the Department of Education and Training is before June 25 every year and reporting to the Ministry of Education and Training is before June 30 every year.
