On the morning of April 15, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work in Vu Thu district.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented the transfer decision to comrade Dinh Nho Liem.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dang Thanh Giang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Department of Construction and District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Vu Thu district.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, handed over the decision to transfer Comrade Dinh Nho Liem, Head of the Department of Technical Infrastructure Management, Department of Construction to work at the People's Committee of Vu Thu district, appointed him to participate in the District Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and introduced him to the People's Council of Vu Thu district to elect him as Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council hoped that Mr. Dinh Nho Liem, in his new position, would maximize his professional capacity in the field of planning and construction to help Vu Thu district overcome difficulties and limitations, develop a more synchronous and modern infrastructure. In particular, he would strive to learn, research, and comprehensively grasp socio-economic fields, thereby advising, leading, and directing the district's tasks more effectively.

He requested the Party Committee, government and staff of Vu Thu district to enhance their sense of responsibility, solidarity, support, create conditions and assist comrade Dinh Nho Liem to successfully complete his assigned tasks.

Leaders of Vu Thu district presented flowers to congratulate comrade Dinh Nho Liem.

Receiving the direction and assignment of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Comrade Dinh Nho Liem promised that in his new position, he would strive to overcome difficulties, actively learn, promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, and democracy, and contribute with the Party Committee, government, and people to build Vu Thu district to become increasingly modern and civilized.
