On the afternoon of April 8, the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks coordinated with the People's Committee of Thuan Thanh town to organize a Conference to announce the Decision approving the 1/2000 scale Construction Zoning Plan of Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park - Sub-Zone C.

Conference overview

At the conference, the leaders of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Ninh province announced Decision No. 195 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan of Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area C. According to the Decision, Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park - Sub-area C has an area of ​​about 196 hectares in Dinh To, Dai Dong Thanh communes, Gia Dong ward and Song Ho ward, Thuan Thanh town; the labor scale is about 19,600 people. This is a multi-industry industrial park, in which priority is given to high-tech, environmentally friendly industries associated with smart technology and supporting industries; not attracting industrial projects with potential risks of causing environmental pollution.

In terms of space and landscape architecture, the Industrial Park organizes the East-West horizontal traffic axes and the North-South vertical traffic axes as traffic routes and landscape axes connecting the functional areas of the Industrial Park with the external traffic system; the internal traffic system is arranged in a closed loop. The architectural landscape space in the Industrial Park is in the form of green, high-tech, modern industrial architecture, in harmony between the functional areas. Along with that, the construction of architectural highlights in the service and management land area at the entrance of the Industrial Park is in a modern form suitable for the types of industry, ensuring consistency between the shape, architectural lines and colors of the area's works. The technical infrastructure system of the Industrial Park includes: surface water collection system, traffic, water supply, power supply, passive telecommunications infrastructure, wastewater drainage, solid waste management and environmental protection solutions.
