NDO - In the trading session on February 10, selling pressure increased across the board, causing the market to be in red after four consecutive sessions of increase, in which steel stocks plummeted. The highlight of this session was that mineral stocks continued to rise against the trend, with many stocks hitting the ceiling. At the end of the session, VN-Index fell 11.94 points to 1,263.26 points.
On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased compared to the previous session, reaching more than 17,271.48 billion VND.
Foreign investors continued to net sell nearly 442 billion VND on the HoSE. On the buying side, STB shares were bought the most with a value of more than 111 billion VND, followed by MSN (85 billion VND), OCB (59 billion VND)... On the contrary, HPG was sold the most (194 billion VND), followed by MWG (108 billion VND), VCB (76 billion VND)...
Today's session, the VN30 group closed with 9 stocks increasing, 5 stocks remaining unchanged and 16 stocks decreasing.
Of which, STB increased by 2.67% to VND38,450/share, MSN increased by 1.62%, BVH increased by 1.54%, PLX increased by 1.38%, BCM increased by 1.29%, TPB increased by 1.21%.
Codes: ACB, LPB, MBB increased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks traded the most negatively as they raced to plummet, including: SMC down 6.8% to VND5,760/share, HPG down 4.69%, HSG down 4.52%, NKG down 3.57%, TLH down 2.65%, DTL down 1.87%, VCA down 1.72%, HMC down 1.7%.
The group of securities stocks closed the session down 0.32%. Besides SSI mentioned above, APG decreased by 3.11%, AGR decreased by 1.49%, DSE decreased by 1.99%, VND decreased by 1.56%, VIX decreased by 1.39%, BSI, CTS, FTS, TCI, TVB decreased slightly. On the contrary, ORS increased by 2.79%, HCM, TVS, VCI, VDS increased slightly.
Banking stocks also closed down 0.29%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes: EIB increased slightly, MSB decreased slightly, OCB decreased 1.3%.
Real estate stocks fell sharply at the close, losing 1.37%. Of which, CCL decreased by 2.65%, DXG decreased by 3.93%, HDG decreased by 2.2%, LNG decreased by 2.45%, NVL decreased by 2.33%, PDR decreased by 3.34%, SIP decreased by 2.09%, TEG decreased by 2.87%, VRC decreased by 3.52%...
Besides, industry groups such as: transportation decreased by 3.34%, raw materials decreased by 1.42%, production materials decreased by 1.15%, telecommunications decreased by 4.39%, consumer goods and decoration, utilities, food, beverages and tobacco, software, distribution and retail of durable goods were in red.
On the other hand, energy, health care, and insurance closed in green.
Notably, this session saw mineral stocks going against the trend and continuing to surge. On the HOSE floor, LBM and FCM hit the ceiling, BMC increased by 5.81%; on the HNX floor, BKC hit the ceiling, KSV increased by 9.01%...
* The Vietnamese stock market index was in red today, VNXALL-Index closed down 20.69 points (-0.97%), down to 2,109.04 points. Liquidity with trading volume reached 748.71 million units, equivalent to trading value of VND 18,957.49 billion. In the whole market, there were 122 stocks increasing in price, 76 stocks remaining unchanged and 277 stocks decreasing in price.
* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 227.97 points, down 1.52 points (-0.66%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 61.34 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND918,608 billion. The entire floor had 89 stocks increasing, 55 stocks remaining unchanged and 91 stocks decreasing.
The HNX30 index closed down 5.99 points (-1.26%) to 469.89 points. Trading volume reached about 34.96 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND667.61 billion.
