AC Milan 2-1 PSG
The match between AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain was Gianluigi Donnarumma's first return to the San Siro against his former club. Unsurprisingly, the goalkeeper was on the receiving end of the home fans' wrath, with fake money raining down on Donnarumma's goal area early in the match.
This action by AC Milan fans was to mock Donnarumma - the person they nicknamed "Dollarumma". The goalkeeper of the Italian national team was trained and shone at AC Milan. In 2021, after a long period of unsuccessful negotiations, AC Milan and Donnarumma decided to "go their separate ways".
The 1999-born star left on a free transfer at the end of his contract. Donnarumma joined PSG with a salary of 11.5 million euros a year.
PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi anticipated the pressure Donnarumma would be under and offered reassurance. " Gigi is one of the best goalkeepers in the world. He is still very young and a very professional player. What he has contributed to AC Milan is incredible with 215 appearances. I have great respect for Gigi and AC Milan, " he said.

However, these statements did not stop the angry actions of AC Milan fans. These fake notes were sold by a group of crazy AC Milan fans for 2 euros. The number 71 was printed on the note, meaning "worthless person".
According to Eurosport journalist Guillame Maillard-Pacini, all profits from the sale of fake Donnarumma notes will be donated to a football school. At the same time, the message given when transferring this money is "not to feed worthless people like Donnarumma".
Despite the pressure from the fans, Donnarumma remained calm in the PSG goal. He made 6 saves and completed 95% of his passes.
Donnarumma's efforts could not save PSG from defeat. They opened the scoring through Milan Skriniar in the 9th minute but Rafael Leao equalized 3 minutes later. Early in the second half, Theo Hernandez assisted Oliver Giroud to score, sealing a 2-1 victory for AC Milan.
PSG are currently second in Group F with 6 points, 1 point behind Dortmund. They are 1 and 2 points ahead of AC Milan and Newcastle respectively. In the remaining two matches, Donnarumma's team will face Newcastle at home and visit Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park.
