According to Article 67 on Violations of Organizational Work, VFF and VPF will fine the club organizing the stadium from 15 to 70 million VND if there are situations that cause insecurity, safety, and affect the reputation and image of VFF and VPF. If there are serious consequences, the fine can be from 70 to 100 million VND.
