The program of contact and dialogue between the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and children is organized with the aim of listening to children's opinions and aspirations on issues of concern to children, especially children's issues as prescribed by law.
Through the program, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and local authorities will update information and have a basis to propose supplements and improvements to the system of policies and laws, and strengthen state management in related fields to ensure the implementation of children's rights.
The Provincial People's Council requests that the program of contact and dialogue with children be organized in accordance with the principles of democracy, equality, and publicity in the spirit of building and promoting the role and responsibility of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and relevant agencies, organizations and units; ensuring that all reflections and recommendations from children are fully received, considered and handled promptly and effectively, in accordance with the provisions of law.
