The section through Phu Kinh Phuong village (Phong My) is currently becoming a traffic black spot.

Specifically, at TL17, the section from Phu Kinh Phuong village to Huynh Truc village (Cay Thi field, Phong My commune), the road surface is severely damaged, with many deep holes; at TL6 from Khuc Ly - Ba Lap residential area (Phong Thu ward) to Duc Phu residential area (Phong Hoa ward), the road surface is narrow, some spots are damaged and degraded, often causing accidents. Also at TL17, the section from Dong Lam residential area (Phong An ward) to Ben Cui village (Phong Xuan commune) is currently damaged and degraded, with some sections being deeply flooded during the rainy season, making it difficult for people to travel to study and work at factories and enterprises in the town center.

The above points and sections of road have been surveyed, appraised and assessed by local functional departments and agencies, and are currently becoming black spots of traffic safety loss. Therefore, it is proposed that the city leaders and departments should soon pay attention to allocating funds to upgrade the foundation and road surface of nearly 13km. The estimated cost of repair is about 58 billion VND.
