The New Year's Eve Ceremony of the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025 is organized by the Management Board of the National Historical and Cultural Park. The festival of Tan Vien Son Thanh - the god who controlled the flood on January 30 (the 2nd day of Tet) and the festival of An Duong Vuong - the King who founded the Au Lac state and built the Co Loa citadel to protect the country on February 3 (the 6th day of Tet) at the Hung Kings Memorial Temple.
Along with the Ceremony, the Festival on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025 is organized with the theme "Southern Spring Festival" with many activities.
The XIII "Wrapping - Cooking Banh Tet" Contest takes place from 2:00 p.m. on January 21 to 11:30 a.m. on January 22 at the Festival Ground and Camp Ground - Hung Kings Memorial Temple in the National Historical - Cultural Park. The contest has many participating units such as: Thu Duc City, District and County units under Ho Chi Minh City, units under the Armed Forces, wards under Thu Duc City, units under the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, tourist accommodation establishments, and food establishments that meet the standards for serving tourists. The Organizing Committee will draw lots to divide the units into three groups A, B, C; the units that won first prize in groups A, B, C in 2024 will be selected as seeds for those groups.
Each team will wrap and cook 19 pairs of traditional Tet cakes according to the time specified by the Organizing Committee. After that, the teams will display, decorate and present the meaning of their work. The products with high prizes will be offered to the Hung King and the Temple of Lord Le Thanh Hau Nguyen Huu Canh on the occasion of the City's Tet cake offering ceremony to celebrate the Party and the Spring.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Ho Chi Minh City continues to organize Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet 2025. Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 has the theme "Brocade and flower mountains and rivers, happy spring in harmony", opening to serve the spring travel and sightseeing needs of the city's residents and tourists from 7:00 p.m. on January 27 (ie 28th of Tet) to 9:00 p.m. on February 2 (5th of Tet).
This year, Nguyen Hue Flower Street Tet At Ty 2025 uses about 109,000 flower baskets of all kinds, with about 90 snake mascots depicted in a variety of shades and shapes, mostly concentrated behind the flower street's welcome gate.
The flower street is divided into 3 segments: "Unity", "Transformation" and "Development".
