According to the original schedule of the contest, the final night of Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 took place on July 20 at Green Dragon City urban area, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province (under the management of TTP Industrial Development Investment Group Joint Stock Company). However, after receiving information about the State funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the contest's Organizing Committee proactively changed the schedule. Recently, the contest's Organizing Committee announced the time to hold the final night at 7:00 p.m. on August 3.
This is the first time the Miss Tourism Vietnam contest has been held in Cam Pha. People's Artist Nguyen Quang Vinh - Chairman of the contest's Jury said: "To develop tourism and promote the most beautiful images of Vietnam from the mountains to the sea, this year the contest chose Cam Pha land, beautiful sea, majestic landscape to make the contest atmosphere more lively, creating motivation and emotions for the contestants and the Organizing Committee".
The Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 contest aims to select candidates suitable for tourism promotion, to spread to domestic and international tourists the beautiful landscapes, cultural values and national identity of Vietnam.
The 40 contestants who made it to the final night of the competition visited and offered incense at the special national historical site of Cua Ong Temple and Vung Duc relic site in Cam Pha City, expressing their respect and gratitude to the origin, history and culture of the nation.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu - General Director of TTP Industrial Development Investment Group Joint Stock Company said: “We have worked with the Organizing Committee of the Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 contest to prepare meaningful programs towards the roots. Each contestant will be an ambassador for Quang Ninh tourism, contributing to promoting stronger domestic tourism development. That is also TTP's wish when accompanying the contest”.
The contestants also visited and gave gifts to policy families in the city with TTP company, demonstrating the spirit of remembering the source of water, focusing on good values and spreading humane actions to the community.
The contestants' journey has come to an end, the challenges, cultural and sports activities and charity projects have helped the Top 40 shine in terms of beauty, knowledge and personality.
The final night of the competition promises to be very impressive and meaningful with outstanding performances by future tourism ambassadors.
