Reviewing the outstanding results of the Conference, Chairman of the Group of Young Parliamentarians of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam Nguyen Anh Tuan said that the conference program had been thoroughly discussed between the host country, the IPU Secretariat and the Chairman of the IPU Young Parliamentarians Forum. Through many working sessions, the parties reached an agreement on the agenda with the most diverse contents and activities ever, both official and sideline activities.

Within the framework of the Conference, 3 thematic discussion sessions closely following the Conference's theme recorded a large number of opinions. At the 1st thematic discussion session on digital transformation, there were 30 opinions exchanged and discussed by parliamentarians from countries, representatives of affiliated organizations and observers. The 2nd thematic discussion session on innovation and entrepreneurship had 18 opinions exchanged and discussed. The 3rd thematic discussion session on promoting respect for cultural diversity for sustainable development had 40 opinions exchanged and discussed. The sessions all lasted longer than expected because during the discussion process, the Conference ensured that all delegations registered to speak had time and opportunity to speak.
In terms of content, after 9 times of organization, this Conference has issued a Declaration. The preparation process for the Conference Declaration has also been carefully prepared, with consultation from the IPU Secretariat, comments from IPU leaders and high consensus from the delegations of the countries. In the closing session, the Conference adopted the Declaration with high consensus and unanimity.

The number of delegates attending the Conference is the largest ever with more than 500 delegates from parliaments of various countries, diplomatic missions, and international organizations. On the Vietnamese side, in addition to the participation of young delegates of the 15th National Assembly, there are also delegates from the People's Councils of several provinces/cities and outstanding young people. The Conference also received the attention of high-ranking leaders of Vietnam with a message from the President and congratulatory flowers from the General Secretary and Prime Minister.
During the thematic discussion sessions, in addition to direct speeches, many parliamentarians who could not participate directly also sent video messages to contribute their opinions. This shows the active and enthusiastic participation of the delegates at this Conference.
The Organizing Committee also paid attention to the communication work of the Conference from the beginning. Accordingly, the Conference information and propaganda project was soon issued, the Conference identity and logo were developed, and the official website of the Conference was established. Information about the Conference was fully announced before the Conference took place in accordance with IPU practices and regulations. Before the Conference, an international press conference was held to provide official information. During the Conference, the Organizing Committee arranged a Press Center and ensured the most favorable working conditions for domestic and international press agencies, reporters, and editors.

Chairman of the 15th National Assembly Young Delegates Group Nguyen Anh Tuan highly appreciated the communication work and considered it one of the successes of the Conference. The Organizing Committee acknowledged the large number of news articles about the Conference. Through the press activities of the Conference, it contributed to promoting the image of the country, people and culture of Vietnam to international friends.
Regarding logistics, the Organizing Committee received many comments and thanks from parliamentarians and delegations attending the Conference to the host country. In the bilateral meeting with National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, the IPU President, IPU Secretary General and Chairman of the IPU Young Parliamentarians Forum all highly appreciated and were impressed with Vietnam's organization of the Conference, the thoughtful, respectful and warm reception for the delegates. In his speech at the Closing Ceremony of the Conference, the IPU President also thanked and affirmed the success of the organization of the host country. The hospitality of the host country Vietnam has left many impressions and feelings on international friends.
Particularly at this Conference, as shared by National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, Chairman of the IPU Young Parliamentarians Forum Dan Carden in his speech at the opening session and the speeches of the delegates in the discussion sessions, the Closing Ceremony of the Conference held a minute of silence for the victims of the earthquake in Morocco, floods in Libya and floods in Lao Cai, and fires in Hanoi, Vietnam. This shows the humane, inclusive and “leaving no one behind” meaning of the Conference.
Reiterating the message of Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue in his closing speech of the Conference to spread the results of this Conference to the United Nations Summit on Sustainable Development Goals, Chairman of the Group of Young National Assembly Deputies of the 15th tenure of Vietnam Nguyen Anh Tuan expressed his wish that the IPU submit the Declaration of this Conference to the United Nations, expressing the voice of young parliamentarians and young people on global issues./.
