On January 11, leaders of Bien Hoa City People's Committee (Dong Nai) visited and shared the loss with relatives of the victims who died in the house fire in Hiep Hoa Ward, Bien Hoa City.
In the early morning of the same day, a fire suddenly broke out at the house of Mr. Le Van Bay (74 years old, Tam Hoa quarter, Hiep Hoa ward, Bien Hoa city). At that time, Mr. Bay and Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc were in the house.

Discovering the fire, Mr. Bay and his wife shouted to run outside and let the people around help put out the fire. Luckily, Mrs. Cuc escaped safely, but Mr. Bay fell and was trapped in the fire.
The fire was extinguished later, Mr. Bay’s body was found in the rubble. Mr. Bay and his wife’s nearly 100m2 house was completely burned down.
On the same day, Vinh Cuu District Police continued to investigate the cause of a large fire at a wood workshop of about 1,000 square meters , specializing in the production and processing of pallets in Ong Huong Hamlet, Thien Tan Commune.
Last night (January 10), a fire suddenly broke out at a wood workshop in Ong Huong hamlet, Thien Tan commune.
The fire then quickly spread and engulfed the entire factory, which was nearly 1,000 square meters in size. The fire did not cause any casualties, but it burned down and destroyed hundreds of square meters of the factory and many wooden goods and furniture inside.
