Duong Tien (from Can Tho) came to running thanks to her colleagues' "persuasion". Tien works at Saigonbooks - a place with a large number of running staff. The leader of this unit loves exercise. He often organizes running sessions at Sala (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) twice a month, attracting enthusiastic employees to participate. "I wanted to have fun, so I followed everyone to run. The pandemic caused disruptions and we couldn't run together. Later, we continued running. This time it was my turn to be the one to call out and stir up the brothers and sisters" - Duong Tien said. Running alone is when Tien can completely focus on herself, measure indicators, and evaluate the ability to improve performance. Exercising with everyone gives her the opportunity to learn as well as encourage and motivate her teammates. For this 9x young person, any type of exercise has its own unique charm.
The feeling of conquering a goal is the initial reason why Tien loves running. The happiness that comes every time she reaches the finish line motivates her to practice hard to improve her fitness and speed. The runners around her also enthusiastically support the newcomers. Every time someone makes progress, the group gets excited. There was a period when Tien "invited" 10 friends at the same time to regularly run around the Thong Nhat Hall area. The group also designed uniforms, although later on, everyone's busy schedules made it difficult to run together, but most of them still maintained the habit and love for this sport. She confided: "I have more motivation to work and study, from which I can gradually get closer to the plans I set for the future. That affirms that my efforts have made sense."
Not only Duong Tien, young people who are interested in jogging and practice regularly and with the right technique all notice a clear increase in concentration and endurance, less stress, better sleep, and strengthened perseverance and determination... Thereby, their quality of life improves.
