From yesterday evening until today (February 13), social media has been spreading images and videos of a container truck rushing to block the high-pressure water stream onto Highway 1 to allow motorbikes to pass. The online community has given many compliments to the driver's kind actions.
The incident happened on the afternoon of February 12 on National Highway 1 (through Tinh Phong Commune, Son Tinh District, Quang Ngai). The owner of the video "container truck blocking water for motorbike to safely pass" is Mr. Nguyen Anh Don (residing in Quang Ngai Province).
Mr. Don shared that at around 5:40 p.m. on February 12, a water pipe running along National Highway 1 through Tinh Phong Commune broke, and a very strong force of water sprayed straight onto the road, blocking one direction of traffic. Many motorbikes stalled due to this unexpected incident.
At that time, workers at Tinh Phong Industrial Park, VISIP were getting off work, so the traffic jam due to the broken water pipe was getting more and more crowded.
"The water pressure was so strong that motorbikes could not pass. In just a few minutes, hundreds of vehicles were stuck. At that moment, a container truck arrived. The driver stopped the vehicle to block the water for motorbikes to pass," said Mr. Don.
Mr. Don said he stopped for 15 minutes and found the driver very kind to stop the car to block the water, helping the motorcyclist pass safely. Mr. Don had to leave because of work so it is unclear how long the kind driver stopped.
"When I left the scene, the container truck was still blocking the water. Seeing the good deed, I took a picture and posted it on my personal Facebook. Unexpectedly, many other groups shared it and attracted many comments from the online community. Everyone praised and thanked the kind driver," said Mr. Don.
Although netizens are actively searching for information about the container truck driver, there is still no information. Scrolling through the groups, I see that all the comments are thanking the driver for his good deed and hope to see more such good deeds in life.

The broken water pipe that caused the incident is under the management of Quang Ngai Water Supply and Construction Joint Stock Company.
The unit leader said the incident was caused by people burning trash, causing the pipe to catch fire. From there, the water with strong pressure sprayed straight onto the road, affecting people's travel.
"Immediately after receiving the news of the incident, the company sent forces to temporarily handle the situation. Today we will continue to thoroughly fix the problem," said the leader of Quang Ngai Water Supply and Construction Joint Stock Company.
