Many universities have announced the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday schedule for students. Below are the details of the holiday schedule:

Management staff will be off from February 8, 2024, December 29, to February 14, 2024, January 5. New Year's Day off on January 1, 2024. |

According to the time frame and plan for the 2023-2024 school year of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday starts from February 5, 2024 (December 26) to February 18, 2024 (January 9). Thus, students will have 14 days off.
However, since February 5, 2024 (December 26) is Monday, schools with fixed holidays on Saturday will have a total of 16 days off for the 2024 Lunar New Year. Previously, during the 2023 Lunar New Year, students in Ho Chi Minh City had 12 days off.
