In April 2023, Bentley officially launched the Continental GT S supercar at the Shanghai Auto Show. It is known that the car has a number of details designed by Mulliner, including commemorative badges, inlays and motifs marking the 20-year history.

After only a few months, a Bentley dealer in Ho Chi Minh City has brought the first genuine Continental GT S V8 MY23 version to Vietnam. The company representative said that this is the most premium 2-door coupe in Vietnam with details meticulously handcrafted by the Mulliner team.

The S variant of the latest Continental GT features a durable V8 engine. Equipped with a 4-liter V8 engine with a capacity of 542 horsepower (550 PS), torque of 770 Nm, the sports car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.0 seconds. The Continental GT S is also equipped with Bentley Dynamic Ride - a 48V active anti-roll control system with anti-roll electric motors on each stabilizer bar. (Photo: BL)

In particular, the V8 engine on the S variant is improved on the sports exhaust to amplify the roar of the V8 engine in a crossplane shape. Bentley is the first car company in the world to pioneer this system, helping the engine to provide maximum torque of up to 1300 Nm in 0.3 seconds to counteract the cornering force and keep the body balanced. This makes the car faster, lighter, more flexible. (Photo: BL)
