The announcement that a series of Vietnamese and Korean artists would not perform at the K-Pop Open Air #2 music event to be held in Hanoi and the program's Organizing Committee (OC) canceled the show at the last minute has left the audience confused.
It is known that the program has 8 different ticket classes with the highest ticket price up to 15 million VND. Many audiences have finished exchanging bracelets, preparing for the G hour to go see the music night.
There are doubts, is there any sign of fraud by the organizers of the K-pop Open Air #2 music festival in My Dinh?
According to Dan Tri reporter's private source, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports has received information about the concert's cancellation. This unit also held a meeting with relevant parties at noon on December 22.
When asked if there were any signs of fraud at the Kpop concert in My Dinh, an official from the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports affirmed that there was no such thing and told the audience to rest assured because the organizers would refund those who had purchased tickets.

In the latest announcement made on the afternoon of December 22, the organizers of the KPop Open Air #2 music festival said that they were very sorry and deeply apologized to the audience who booked tickets and arranged their time to attend the program.
The Organizing Committee said that, with the company's utmost efforts, the support of the authorities, and the coordination of domestic and foreign partners, preparations for the program have almost been completed.
But with the desire to bring the audience the most wonderful and perfect music party, the Organizing Committee realized that it could not guarantee and meet all the requirements that the company reported to Hanoi City as well as the plan announced to the audience as originally. Therefore, they would like to stop organizing the K-pop Open Air #2 program taking place on December 23 and 24, 2023 at My Dinh Stadium, Hanoi.
"We take full responsibility for this unexpected incident and will refund all tickets purchased by the audience in accordance with the law. We will have an official announcement on how to refund tickets in the next announcement," the announcement clearly stated.
Previously, Chi Pu suddenly announced on her personal page that she would not appear at the K-pop music night Open Air #2.

Duc Phuc also posted a similar announcement of his withdrawal from the show. Toc Tien and Kim Jae Joong, Infinite, MC Vinh Phu, Tang Duy Tan, Highlight, The Wind... all announced that they would not appear at the event because the Organizing Committee did not comply with the contract.
