This professional and skills training course is a practical and important activity, helping the team of secretaries and deputy secretaries of the grassroots youth union to master the necessary professional knowledge and skills to apply in practical work at the grassroots level.

At the end of the training course, the Provincial Youth Union awarded certificates of completion of the training course content to 147 trainees.
