The Provincial Party Committee also focused on implementing the innovation revolution and reorganizing the apparatus according to the directives of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

During the quarter, the grassroots party organizations under the Party have proactively and actively coordinated with heads of agencies and units to develop resolutions, programs, and plans to focus on flexible leadership and direction, synchronizing tasks and solutions, contributing significantly to the results of implementing the socio-economic targets set by the province.

The province's growth rate reached 6.5%, the economic scale continued to maintain good growth momentum, the state budget revenue in the province increased by 47%. Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tuan Ha emphasized: The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee is a new and unprecedented operating model. Therefore, to complete the political task, it requires grassroots party organizations, cadres and party members to unite, work together, learn, gain experience and contribute ideas to perfect the operating model.

With two main tasks including Party work and professional work, in the coming time, the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee will focus on leading and directing the implementation of the task of reorganizing the apparatus, not organizing at the district level, merging at the commune level, and consolidating the province. With a large amount of work, heavy tasks, requiring a lot of effort to complete with the highest quality.

Comrade Nguyen Tuan Ha requested the grassroots party organizations to strengthen propaganda work, create consensus in awareness and action for the common development of the country and the province. The Party Committee will also direct and assign specific tasks to the business sector to carry out key tasks contributing to the economic growth of the province with the target of reaching 8% or more and breakthroughs in science and technology. At the same time, direct the preparation work for organizing the congresses of party cells and party committees according to the instructions and requirements of superiors.
