In some provinces and cities, the situation of business vehicles with contract vehicle badges, tourist vehicle signs violating regulations, operating on fixed routes ("illegal vehicles, illegal stations") has not improved, and in some places, it is becoming more complicated, especially between provinces and cities connecting with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The Ministry of Transport requires the Departments of Transport to be responsible for organizing inspections of passenger transport businesses under contract and tourist transport businesses by car in implementing regulations on business and conditions for business of transport by car.
Focus on inspecting passenger transport businesses under contract, tourist transport businesses by car with representative offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City or vehicles operating passenger transport businesses under contract, tourist transport businesses by car operating regularly and daily connecting to the two cities.
The People's Committees of the provinces direct the Traffic Safety Committees of the provinces and cities to continue to promote the dissemination of laws, legal documents regulating business and conditions for business of automobile transportation, regulations on road transport support services, and other relevant legal provisions to passenger transport businesses, bus station and parking lot businesses in the provinces and cities, contributing to ensuring order and safety of road traffic.
