On July 30, Division 9 (Army Corps 4) coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Veterans Association to organize an exchange program "Vietnamese families with Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City".
This exchange program is a practical activity in response to the implementation of the Project "Vietnamese families with Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City, period 2021 - 2025" deployed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

At the program, veterans participated in traditional talks, shared many memories about the process of fighting to help the neighboring country liberate the nation, affirming the solidarity, affection, loyalty, and steadfastness between the three countries of Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia. On this occasion, Lao and Cambodian students visited the barracks, learned about the learning, working and living environment of the soldiers of Division 9, Army Corps 4. Along with that, cultural and artistic exchanges with officers and soldiers of Division 9, creating a connection between the young generations of the three countries of Vietnam - Laos - Cambodia.

Thereby, creating a connection between officers and soldiers of Division 9 and Ho Chi Minh City Veterans, Vietnamese families and Lao and Cambodian students, promoting the spirit of friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the brotherly countries.”
