Since the beginning of the year, Binh Dinh has attracted 11 investment projects with a total registered investment capital of 710.6 billion VND.
Among the projects attracting investment in Binh Dinh province since the beginning of the year, there are 10 domestic investment projects and 1 FDI project. Of the 11 projects, 6 are in the industrial sector; 3 are in the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector; 2 are in the trade, service and tourism sector.
By location, there are 2 projects in Economic Zones and Industrial Parks; 4 projects in Industrial Clusters and 5 projects outside Economic Zones, Industrial Zones and Industrial Clusters. In addition, since the beginning of the year, Binh Dinh has adjusted 7 projects with an additional investment capital of 6.7 billion VND. Regarding business development, from the beginning of the year to January 20, there have been 60 newly established enterprises with a total registered capital of 214.2 billion VND.
Regarding the implementation of the development investment plan, the total development investment capital of the province in 2025 is 9,381.6 billion VND, of which the central budget capital is 1,211.5 billion VND, the local budget capital is 8,170.1 billion VND. From the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee issued a directive on promoting the disbursement of public investment capital from the state budget managed by the province in 2025. The Provincial People's Committee has assigned tasks and leaders to be responsible for monitoring the implementation progress of each project from the beginning of the year, especially the province's key projects and national target programs. The value of disbursed public investment capital in 2025 managed by the province as of January 15, 2025 is 46,038 billion VND, the disbursement rate is about 0.16%.
In the coming time, Binh Dinh will continue to monitor, remove difficulties and create favorable conditions for businesses to operate in order to ensure industrial production growth according to plan; urge businesses to stabilize production after Tet. Focus on promoting the development of key products and groups of products that have advantages in terms of market and raw material sources... to contribute to job creation and promote local socio-economic development. At the same time, promote construction planning, organize public bidding and auction of clean land and sites; promptly appraise and approve new construction investment projects and closely monitor and supervise the construction process of works, put basic construction works in the province into use on schedule...
In addition, the province will continue to promote domestic and foreign investment attraction activities. Actively call for large-scale investment projects with advanced technology in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and industrial parks and clusters in the province. Promote investment and basic construction from the beginning of the year, especially key projects and works, works already in the 2025 plan.
