At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Truong, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoai Nhon Town, reviewed the heroic and resilient fighting tradition of the army and people of Hoai Nhon, honored the contributions and sacrifices of soldiers and people in the resistance war against the US, liberating the homeland; affirmed the leadership role of the Party as the decisive factor for the victory of the revolution in the campaign to liberate the town.
