After a traffic collision, a young man drove his car into and brutally beat a girl on the street.

On the evening of December 10, the Investigation Police Agency of District 4 Police issued a decision to urgently arrest Bui Thanh Khoa (40 years old, residing in District 10) to investigate the act of "Intentionally causing injury".

The victim who was forced to drive by Khoa and brutally beaten in the middle of the street was Ms. QTTA (23 years old, living in District 1).

According to the investigation, on the morning of December 9, Ms. A. was riding her motorbike on Khanh Hoi Street, District 4, in the direction from District 7 to District 4 when she lightly scratched the back of Khoa's motorbike. After that, Khoa forced Ms. A. and her vehicle to stop in the middle of the road.

Khoa got out of the car and swung his arms to hit Ms. A. in the face and head, causing her to fall onto the road and onto the median. Not stopping there, Khoa continued to use his hands and elbows to hit the victim in the head and swung his legs to kick her straight in the face.

After the brutal beating, Khoa got on his motorbike and left. Ms. A. went to the police station in Ward 4, District 4 to report the incident and then went to District 4 Hospital for examination.

Understanding the case, District 4 Police quickly intervened, identified Khoa as a street thug and brought him in for questioning. Khoa admitted to his actions as recorded in the clip by a passerby's dashcam and shared on social media.

Expanding the investigation, the police took Ms. A. for an injury assessment. Initially, it was determined that Ms. A. suffered facial injuries.

Currently, District 4 Police are consolidating the case file to handle the subject.
