Ms. Ngo Xuan Binh (residing in Hoa Minh ward, Lien Chieu district) has moved to Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School to avoid the storm. “My family has prepared our belongings so that we can leave as soon as the announcement is made. We feel very secure when we are moved to a solid place to avoid the storm,” Ms. Binh said. |

"We have prepared enough food such as instant noodles, cakes, and drinks in the classrooms of Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School so that people can safely avoid the storm. Currently, the mobilization work is still continuing to call on people to safely avoid the storm," Mr. Thoi shared. |
