Conference scene.
Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Minh Tuan, Deputy Head of Department III of the Central Organizing Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; heads of provincial departments and branches related to the content of the submissions and draft resolutions; Heads of provincial People's Council committees, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on 9 contents of the presentation and draft resolution approved by the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial departments and branches, including:
Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police Department, gave comments on the submissions and draft resolutions.
(1) Submission and draft Resolution on amending Article 2 of Resolution No. 82/NQ-HDND, dated December 11, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on the socio-economic development tasks of Tra Vinh province in 2025;
Comrade Nguyen Van Phuong, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, approved the reports and draft resolutions related to the investment sector.
(2) Submission and draft Resolution on approval of public investment plan for 2025 (phase 2);
(3) Submission and draft Resolution on abolishing Resolution No. 169/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council on assigning the Provincial People's Committee to decide on investment policies for Group B and Group C projects;
(4) Submission and draft Resolution on the approval of the Project to improve the organization and operation of the Farmers Support Fund of Tra Vinh province;
Comrade Nguyen Van Dung, Provincial Party Committee member, Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, approved the submission and draft Resolution on approving the Project to improve the organization and operation of the Farmers' Support Fund of Tra Vinh province.
(5) Submission and draft Resolution to abolish Clause 4, Article 2 of Resolution No. 19/2021/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating areas where livestock farming is not allowed, areas for raising swiftlets and policies to support the relocation of livestock facilities in Tra Vinh province;
Comrade Tran Truong Giang, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the province, approved the submission and draft Resolution to abolish Clause 4, Article 2 of Resolution No. 19/2021/NQ-HDND, dated December 9, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating areas where livestock farming is not allowed, areas for raising swiftlets and policies to support the relocation of livestock facilities in Tra Vinh province.
(6) Submission and draft Resolution regulating support policies for commune-level cadres, civil servants, public employees and non-professional workers at the commune level who are redundant due to the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Tra Vinh province;
(7) Submission and draft Resolution on assigning the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants and the number of part-time workers at the commune level in 2025 to administrative units of districts, towns and cities in Tra Vinh province;
Comrade Duong Hien Hai Dang, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs approved the submission and draft Resolution on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province.
(8) Submission and draft Resolution on the establishment of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Tra Vinh province;
(9) Submission and draft Resolution on renaming hamlets in Ward 3, Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh province.
Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Chi Cuong gave comments on the submissions and draft resolutions at the conference.
At the conference, after listening to the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of provincial departments and branches present and explain, clarify a number of contents related to the submissions and draft resolutions, listening to the Provincial People's Council committees report on the results of examining the draft resolutions, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ngo Chi Cuong and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee reviewed and gave specific opinions on each content of the submissions and draft resolutions, unanimously approved the 09 submissions and draft resolutions mentioned above, preparing to submit to the 20th Session (Special Session) - Provincial People's Council, term X, term 2021 - 2026.
